Hello friends, it’s been a minute. Loads of apologies about that. For the next one month, I would be MIA as well but trust me it is for the best. They say …with more responsibilities come more challenges... After that, I would be back with loads of juicy posts and more exciting ways to get more familiar with my readers. I appreciate you guys for sticking with me all through the months and I am glad and grateful to God that Debwritesblog is growing and garnering more visitors by the day.
A week ago, I got a nomination on by my darling DamiLoves. Who has seen her blog space? …you should please. She writes beautifully and she’s a lover of life. She chronicles on the joy of womanhood, her posts are fascinating and you would always reach out to read more…trust me!

I gave a response to this on . But then I would do a quick sum for those who are yet to see the post. Writing has always been a part of my life, from scribbling sweet nothings to loads of unpublished fiction, drama, and poem. I realized I keep loosing these works because they were mostly hand written. Some of my friends read my works and saw an article I wrote on LoladeVille. They urged me to explore the option of owning a blog and having an audience. That gave birth to Debwritesblog on January 20, 2016. And ever since, it’s been a child I have come to love and nurture.
4. Give 2 pieces of advice for new bloggers
Dear new blogger, do not give up. You might not get the kind of attention you wish for yet, some will even question your sanity and ask you what point you are trying to make, there’d be days of no views, no likes, no comments, no word of encouragement whatsoever but trust me it is only a matter of time. Just keep writing, don’t stop. Patience and persistence is key.
Also, try to connect with other writers. On Instagram or Twitter use the hashtag #writers, you’d be amazed at the community of writers who are like minds. Even on the WordPress space, we are quite a community. Thank God for nominations like this, it helps you discover new blogs to explore.
Never give up and never stop being you.
