Anyways, I did try @rinesbeauty over the weekend, some things you decide to do to pass away time and make your friends happy, I went for a makeup session! And yes I was transformed?
You all need to see me before the make up. I was not having a wonderful morning because I did not realize how much the acne and breakout on my face had gotten so much. It almost messed up my day until I got to the studio.
That day was my first attempt at wearing contact lens. And I did wear it myself. You see all these DIY people do: wearing lashes, doing protein treatment, homemade face mask, wearing lenses…they are not things I see myself doing. I am never too patient for them when I can just pay someone to do it. Until I find myself in a position to do it myself and after about 30 to 40 minutes of intense struggle, I did it right and I was super proud of myself!
My eyes were so red and I was sniffing really bad like I had flu, lols. It took about another 20 minutes for me to get comfortable with accommodating the foreign body in my eyes but then, my eyes eventually adjusted and that was the beginning of my transformation ?
The MakeUp Routine
Eventually we started the makeup session and I must confess it took time. My Instagram followers must already know that I love make up and I wear it almost all the time. But I never expected it to take this long. That’s what happens when the aim is perfection!
Forgive me, but this lady is a pro at what she does. I have not been paid to promote her but she is indeed good. I would add her Instagram handle below. If you are in Abuja and you’ve got an event, you should just visit her studio please. She’s quite affordable and will give you your money worth.
